setting Eclipse Restaurant offers an excellent breakfast and lunch menu. The chef's at Eclipse incorporate local tastes and flavors into all the menu ideas. Continental breakfast offered free for all of our guests. At the bar enjoy a full array of your favorite alcoholic beverages as well as some of our own tropical creations. Eclipse after dark offers fine dining, with a wide variety of gourmet options for your enjoyment. Our chefs offer a fusion of different cooking styles and cuisine from around the world.

Our chef's like to combine tropical fruits into many of their creations. Below are a few of our menu items.

This is pure indulgence. Enjoy a six course meal at our private Chef's Table. Your every need will be looked after by your own personal server and the menu will be custom made by our head chef, a night to remember. Our chef's combine unique flavors into all of their creations. Our menu is a fusion of Costa Rican cuisine with flavors and cooking styles from around the world. Our menu has a tropical feel. The chef's like to incorporate tropical fruits and vegetables that grow here in Costa Rica into their creations. Includes: 6 course gourmet dining with wines selected by the chef to accent the meal.
