The Eagle Pose is the fifth pose in the Bikram yoga series. This pose creates great flexibility in the trapezius, rhomboid process, deltoids, and latismus dorsi. This pose also pumps oxygenated blood into the kindeys and reproductive organs, creating health and sexual vitality. In addition this pose improves balance and lower spine flexibility and increase circulation in the knees and ankles. This pose may prevent or alleviate lumbago, arthritis, and gout.
